All consultations for extractions will require an appointment. We do not accept walk-ins.
We also ask you bring any relevant documentation such as X-Ray films (OPG), other relevant medical documentation (list of medications or health supplements currently in use). Please also bring your Medicare card and Private Health Fund card if you have one.
We accept referrals from your doctor or dentist but no referral is needed to see us.
Should you not have an X-Ray please call us (08 8297 7465) and let us know. We will be happy to arrange one for you prior to your appointment with us.
